Connecting young artists with real- world experiences is an important aspect of the Beet Street programming. Beet Street facilitates an internship program for Colorado State University students using the Arts Incubator of the Rockies curriculum that provides a weekly one-hour class presenting an overview of the arts industry. Students are placed with host organizations (like Beet Street), businesses, and individual artists who have been oriented, trained as mentors, and have specific projects for the students to complete. The internship program launched in Fall 2012.

Beet Street is always looking for qualified interns with experience in marketing, graphic design, event planning, and public relations. If you think you have what it takes to help us develop Fort Collins into a regionally and nationally recognized center for arts and culture, then send a resume and cover letter to

Internships with Beet Street are unpaid positions, typically working 10-15 hours per week. We look for applicants that can make a commitment of at least a full semester.
